Administrative services only
BrandSure Solutions provides administrative business services, document preparation support, informational research, monitoring, and filing-support coordination. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or representation.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, reviewing prepared materials before submission, meeting deadlines communicated to them, and paying applicable service and government fees.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee trademark registration, copyright registration, LLC approval, search clearance, legal protection, agency processing time, or any particular business result.
Government and third-party fees
Unless a written quote expressly states otherwise, government filing fees, attorney fees, registered-agent fees, publication fees, certified copies, expedited processing, and other third-party charges are separate from our service fee.
Refunds
Before publishing, replace this paragraph with your real refund policy. A practical policy should distinguish between work not yet started, administrative work already performed, and non-refundable government or third-party fees.
Intellectual property
Website design, original site copy, graphics, and branding are owned by the business or its licensors. Client materials remain subject to the client’s own rights and permissions.
